This new module has been developed for one of our customers. This export module is delivered including a digital link with Customs, Chamber of Commerce and a port community system.
With the data from the customers’ ERP Software, they can directly create a Certificate of Origin (CvO) and legalize it by the Chamber of Commerce. The same applies to customs declarations of import or export of goods. Via the Port Community System, you can transmit all data of a cargo or container electronically, giving you instant access to your Bills or Lading, and real-time ETAs, customs checks, and loading and unloading confirmations.

We have introduced a new method of creating quotations in Qbil-Trade®.
From now on you can easily create quotations for your customers in Qbil-Trade®. In the same layout as your contracts and orders.
From the master data you select your customer, products and prices. And with one press on the button you can email the quotation to your customer. Does your customer accept your offer? Then you convert it directly to a contract or an order.
This new module saves you time but also provides a reliable analysis how many quotes actually order.

Do you also print lists for your business trips or visits to your warehouses that are out of date as soon as a colleague makes a mutation? There is also a map function showing the location of the relation based on their address.

With the addition of the contracts you are provided with all real-time information you will need during a visit to a client, supplier or warehouse.
