The main task of the Project Manager would be to allocate our resources in an efficient way to ensure that we will meet our planning. The most important goals would be:
Determination of our capacity: be to able to determine how much people are working when and therefore be able to determine how much work we can finish in a specific sprint;
Determination of our workload: be able to translate a master planning in a detailed (sprint) planning;
This can be achieved by starting to add story points to each ticket that has been created. Only then are we able to assess the precise capacity and see if master planning is truly achievable. Other goals are:-
Tracking the progress of tickets and making sure that tickets keep moving; Has a pro-active approach in creating (management)reports to visualize the progress that is being made;
Organizes meetings to ensure that developers / testers know what is expected from them;
Makes sure that our ticket process works efficient to manage our workload and capacity; and that all information is present in order
Documents our process and pro-active informs the management of changes.
In order to fulfill this position, the candidate should have the following characteristics:
Has natural seniority;
Has excellent planning skills;
Has atleast three-five years of experience in a similar job (in the same field: software developing);
Has a good understanding of how Jira (or a similar software tool) works; Isn’t afraid to stir things up. He/she introduces new ways of working and should be able to pursue others to follow;
Has good communication skills.

Security Developer should have “experience in the field of security or a rooted interest in that field”. That would probably suffice as well. Or perhaps a combination of both.

The main task of the Security Developer would be to make sure that the data of our customers remains secure. The most important goals would be:

• Identify risks and loophools in our software;
• Setup internal audits and guide external audits;
• Inform management concerning the security risks;
• Train / instruct developers on how code can be written in a more secure manner;
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in security.

As of now this is not a full-time job within our company. You should therefor also have good developing skills. As a developer you should at least have the following skills:

Duties & Responsibilities
Projects may include, but will not be limited to:

• Write custom HTML, PHP, CSS and JavaScript for existing or new websites and applications.
• Design, recommend and pitch improvements to new and existing features.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues on web-based systems.
• Update and edit website content, posts and pages.
• Create prototypes and experiment with new technologies and features as assigned.

Ideal candidate
We are looking for a highly-motivated, passionate team player on the path to becoming a great web or app developer. Some experience with HTML, and/or CSS is required. Familiarity with PHP and JavaScript is strongly preferred. Must have the ability to work independently to solve problems and learn new skills as required.
